Ark Acres Ranch Policy

We require a 50% deposit to hold your date and time. $100 of the deposit is NONrefundable. The remaining balance is Refundable 48 hours prior to your event. In the case of an emergency we offer a 6 months grace period to reschedule your event with the deposit going towards your remaining balance. Deposit MUST be Zelled to @ArkAcresRanch@gmail.com. Once the deposit is received the event will be confirmed. The Remaining Balance is due Upon Arrival.  We are Rain or Shine. We will not set up until the remaining balance is paid!
